Our services

Dustless Sandblasting

Strip rust, coatings and buildup from steel, concrete and brick, with a fraction of the airborne dust of traditional blasting.

Dustless (vapor) blasting mixes abrasive media with water, suppressing up to 95% of the dust cloud traditional sandblasting throws into the air. That means we can strip steel, concrete, brick and machinery on occupied sites, near other trades, and in dense commercial areas, without shutting everything around us down.

The result is a clean, uniformly profiled surface that’s ready for primer or coating, with contained media and washwater handled under our wastewater-recovery process.

What we handle

Built for the toughest surfaces

If it’s covered in rust, coatings or buildup, we can take it back to bare.

Structural steel & trusses

Beams, frames and weldments stripped of rust and mill scale, ready for coating.

Tanks & vessels

Interior and exterior prep for holding tanks and pressure vessels.

Heavy machinery

Grease, rust and old paint removed from equipment without harsh chemicals.

Concrete & masonry

Coatings lifted and surfaces profiled on commercial floors and walls.

Trailers & fleet frames

Undercarriages and frames de-rusted on site, ready for rust-proofing.

Brick & graffiti

Paint, graffiti and grime lifted from brick and stone without damage.

Blast-cleaned steel trusses ready for re-coating

Why it works

Clean strip, contained mess

Water-suppressed media gives blasting power without the cloud, so the job gets done where it stands.

  • Up to 95% less airborne dust than dry blasting
  • Safe for occupied sites and outdoor work
  • Leaves a coating-ready surface profile
  • Media and washwater contained and disposed of properly

Frequently asked questions

How is dustless blasting different from regular sandblasting?
We blend abrasive media with water, which suppresses the dust at the point of impact. Same stripping power, a fraction of the airborne particulate, which is why we can work on occupied and urban sites.
Will it damage brick, wood or thin metal?
No. We tune the media and pressure to the substrate. Brick, barn board and thin-gauge metal come clean without pitting or warping.
Is the surface ready to paint afterwards?
Yes. Blasting leaves an ideal profile for primer, and we apply a flash-rust inhibitor on steel so you have a comfortable window to coat.
