Vaughan FAQ

Common questions

Do you work with general contractors on new builds?
Yes, surface preparation, coating removal and cleanup for turnover are core services, scheduled to hit your completion dates.
Can you clean production equipment without disassembly?
Often, yes. Dry ice blasting cleans in place with no residue, which keeps maintenance windows short.

Vaughan is one of the fastest-building cities in the GTA, and that pace shapes the work. New construction means concrete surface preparation, coating removal and rust stripping have to be done cleanly and on schedule before turnover, often around other trades still on site. Our mobile crew is set up for that, with scheduling planned around your build timeline, dustless blasting equipment that keeps particulate down on active job sites, and wastewater recovery that captures runoff instead of reaching city storm drains.

We work with general contractors on new builds and run the full service set for Vaughan's established manufacturers and commercial properties, from rust and coating removal to in-place equipment cleaning, facade and parkade washing and surface prep. Because every rig is truck-mounted and self-contained, carrying its own water and power on most jobs, we can set up on a raw construction site or a live facility without waiting on permanent hookups.

Sandblasting in Vaughan, done without the dust cloud

Traditional open sandblasting rarely works on a shared job site or an occupied property. The dust drifts onto other trades' work and finished areas, and containment tenting adds days you may not have before turnover. That is why nearly all of our Vaughan blasting is dustless (wet abrasive) sandblasting, which suppresses up to 95% of airborne particulate at the nozzle. It lets us strip rust, failed coatings and buildup off structural steel, brick and concrete, back to a clean substrate ready for finishing.

Where even wet abrasive is too aggressive, on sensitive equipment, delicate metalwork or anything that has to stay dry, we switch to dry ice blasting or laser rust and paint removal. Same visit, same crew, different tool.

Typical Vaughan projects

The work Vaughan clients call us in for most often:

  • Concrete surface prep: profiling and cleaning new and existing concrete ahead of coatings, sealers and flooring systems.
  • Coating & rust removal: stripping failed coatings and corrosion from structural steel, railings and equipment before recoating.
  • New-build cleanup: removing overspray, buildup and marks so a space is ready to hand over.
  • Facade & parkade washing: commercial pressure washing of exteriors, decks and hard surfaces with full wastewater recovery.
  • In-place equipment cleaning: residue-free dry ice cleaning of machinery for established manufacturers, with no moisture and no media left behind.
  • Graffiti removal: dustless blasting or laser cleaning that lifts paint off masonry without the ghosting chemicals leave behind.

Where in Vaughan we work

All of it. We dispatch from our Mississauga headquarters and reach Vaughan along Highways 400 and 407 daily, covering the Concord industrial lands, the employment areas around Highway 7 and Jane, the growing Vaughan Metropolitan Centre and the commercial parks off Rutherford. Working next door in Toronto, Markham or King? Those areas have their own pages, but it is the same team and the same equipment.
