Burlington FAQ

Common questions

How quickly can you get to Burlington?
We're dispatched from Mississauga straight down the QEW, most Burlington jobs are booked within the same week, Monday to Friday.
Can you clean equipment without taking it apart?
Often, yes. Dry ice and laser methods let us clean motors, lines and machinery in place, no moisture, no media, no residue.
Do you handle wastewater compliance?
Always. Recovery and filtration systems capture contaminated runoff and keep your facility onside with municipal regulations.

Burlington sits on one of the busiest manufacturing and logistics corridors in Halton Region, with plants and warehouses lining the QEW and Harvester Road and commercial plazas filling in around them. Those operations keep running while we work, so a mobile crew makes sense: we bring the equipment to the site, including our dustless blasting rigs, and recover the wastewater on site to stay compliant with local drainage rules.

Most of our Burlington work comes from facility managers, contractors and property managers who need steel, equipment and buildings cleaned without a long shutdown. Every truck is self-contained, carrying its own water and power, and the owner is on every job, so scheduling fits your production rather than forcing you around ours. That also means one point of contact from the first quote through to the final walkthrough, with no subcontractors handed the keys to your site.

Sandblasting in Burlington, done without the dust cloud

Open blasting sends sand and grit drifting across neighbouring bays, parked vehicles and finished product, which rarely works on a live industrial site. For that reason nearly all of our work is dustless (wet abrasive) sandblasting, cutting airborne dust by up to 95% while stripping rust, coatings and buildup from structural steel, brick and concrete.

When wet abrasive would be too harsh for the surface or the surroundings, we change tools on the same visit. Dry ice blasting cleans sensitive production lines in place with no media and no residue, which keeps electrical panels, motors and food-grade equipment safe while they stay mounted. And laser rust and paint removal takes care of precise work where the substrate cannot be marked. Same crew, same day, different method.

Typical Burlington projects

Along the QEW and Harvester Road corridor, the jobs we handle most often include:

  • Structural steel: rust and coating removal ahead of repainting or inspection.
  • Production equipment: dry ice cleaning of sensitive lines without a teardown.
  • Warehouse interiors: heavy-duty floor preparation and scrubbing before new coatings.
  • Parkades & facades: high-PSI pressure washing with full wastewater recovery.
  • Commercial plazas: exterior cleaning, graffiti removal and surface preparation for repainting.
  • Tanks & pipework: coating removal and preparation on process equipment before inspection or recoating.

Where in Burlington we work

We cover the industrial and commercial areas along the QEW and Harvester Road, the plants and warehouses near the North Service Road, and the plazas spread through the rest of the city. Because we are already dispatching throughout Halton, we can usually fit a site assessment in quickly. We also serve the neighbouring communities, including Oakville and Milton.
